The focus of this committee is to identify leadership positions in all parish ministries and committees and examine the current qualification requirements/training for each leadership position, to propose symmetrical qualification requirements/training for similar positions within each parish (in coordination with Adult Faith Formation Committee), to seek a method to encourage the laity to participate in parish leadership and develop a method for the ordained clergy to empower them.
